Partner with National Accounts team to execute on strategy development for internal and external business development initiatives. In this capacity, candidate should possessstrong initiative and time management, with the ability to organize files, complete investment product-related due diligence questionnaires, create and run sales and activity reports in CRM (Salesforce), and manage event/conference related needs and timelines. A key component to success will be managing various projects based on priority and due date.This position directly contributes to the overall success of the company’sfundraisingmandates. The position is located in Irvine, CA.
Specific Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Understand and manage timelines for projects; prioritize accordinglybased on urgency and importance
- Work as a liaison between departments to ensure mutual deadlines are being met
- Offer suggestions on how current processes can be more efficient and develop new protocols/SOPs
- Ability to coordinate completion of multiple projects at once
Technology Platforms
- Create and manager users with appropriate assigned territories
- CRM (Salesforce)
- Plecto
- Create reports with appropriate filters for benefit of multiple departments
- Create and manage Dashboards
- AI Insight
- Manage and develop gamification to promote sales growth
- Initially demonstrate ability to take baseline report templates and incorporate modifications
- Update product sales on a periodic basis
- Create and improve formulas to track team’s activity data
- Oversee mapping of CRM (Salesforce) data to Performance Analytics Software
Calendar Management and Conference/Event Coordination
- Work with team members onconference planning processes(pre/post conference items, materials, booth)
- Coordinate industry events with marketing department
- Create attendee lists through CRM Campaigns
- Manage pre/post event communications, product launches, webinars, special events, etc.
Due Diligence Coordination
·Support due diligence process and coordination with FVP
·Execute on initial completion of DDQs and other related diligence responsibilities
·Maintain integrity of file organization system(MS SharePoint)for streamlined completion of future questionnaires
Qualifications
- Ability to ask for help when needed and retain instruction; develop, update and follow SOPs
- Bachelor's degree required
- Contribute to overall team projects in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and intuitive thinker
- Track record of building and executing on projects within defined timeliness
- FINRA Series 7 and 63preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and MacOS required
- Interest in growing within the departmentby taking additional responsibilities and obtaining FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (if not already licensed)
Salary + Commission + Bonus + Benefits:
Compensation is based on experience and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, depending on experience
