Job Description

Our client, a French luxury brand, is seeking a Retail Director to oversee their stores across North America!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily retail operations and ensure that company targets are achieved
  • Manage retail teams with enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial approach
  • Lead payroll and inventory processes
  • Conduct Manager performance reviews



Qualifications:

  • Must have managed at least 6 direct reports
  • 5+ years of multi unit management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field
  • MBA preferred
  • Must come out of luxury retail
