Medical Front Desk Jobs

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member to join our team at Minivasive Pain and Orthopedic - Kingwood as a full-time, Medical Receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Takes telephone messages and provides feedback and answers to patient/physician
• Other duties as assigned
• Refers scheduled patient to appropriate physician and office clinic
• Collects new patient referrals and updates corresponding referral log

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation for traveling
• Our clinic is subject to the CMS vaccine mandate. You must be fully vaccinated before you may begin employment with us. While our company currently does not have a vaccine mandate, we're obligated to enforce any applicable mandates under federal law.
