Provides information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Check In, to include verifying patient demographics, collecting co-pays, deductibles, co insurance Mail new patient packets Confirm appointments Assist with new patient referrals Schedule appointments Request medical records, as applicable Verify insurance for add-ons Scan in daily collections sheets Perform Medical Assistant duties as applicable Travel to other locations as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements 2 years E Clinical experience high school diploma or equivalent Min 2 years insurance verification experience Min 2 years front office experience in a medical practice Valid Texas drivers license, in good standing COVID vaccination Key Competencies verbal and written communication skills professional personal presentation customer service orientation information management organizing and planning attention to detail initiative reliability Job Posted by ApplicantPro
