Our financial services client is seeking a Marketing Analyst with 5+ years of experience the join their Marketing Effectiveness Team within the Data Analytics and Insights (DAI) organization!
The team's core objective is to substantively drive business growth and deepen client relationships by transforming how analytics and big data is used. They do this by delivering insightful analyses for their marketing partners.
In this role you will support our client's Lending team on a variety of projects including Fair Lending reporting and analysis, working with their marketing and business partners to help drive the design and scope of marketing campaigns, and leading marketing analysis for the Lending team. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly communicate business and technical concepts to a wide audience so that data project objectives are well understood and prioritized.
Responsibilities:

• Support the development of tools and infrastructure to scale operations, increase efficiencies, and improve quality of results.
• Work with large transactional databases across Teredata, Oracle, and SAS.
• Pro-actively analyze data to uncover insights that increase business value and impact.
• Leverage business, industry and marketing knowledge to enhance insights around various programs.
• Work independently or collaboratively throughout the complete analytics project lifecycle including data extraction/preparation, analysis, and documentation of results.
• Take responsibility for driving multiple projects simultaneously while meeting partner expectations and critical deadlines.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Build workflows and manipulate data with Alteryx.
• Champion best practices in designing Marketing efforts with clear, convincing business rationale that is relevant to partners from a wide range of functions, to staff and to senior management.
• Fully scope analytics projects including identifying resources and assets needed, determining analysis approach, and developing and leading execution plans.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in softwares and tools including Tableau, SAS, SQL, Teradata, Oracle.
• Skills:
• Experience level: Experienced
• B.S. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or similar quantitative field.
• Business Analysis
• Marketing Strategy
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics within regulated industries ie., Financial Services.
