We are currently seeking a Managing Director of Delivery, Strategic Customers, to join the BG team. Aspects of this role will involve personal production, team activity tracking, coaching and ensuring the delivery team’s successful execution of delivery expectations. This role will also be a production role that will lead by example and be a key contributor to revenue growth for the Brand. At least 80% of time will be spent on personal production.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Integral in onboarding and training of new delivery hires
· Set and track execution of activity expectations and goal setting with each individual delivery team member; clarify key metrics
· Provide real time situational coaching (i.e., processes, reinforcement of best practices, data and metrics, etc.)
· Conduct off the floor one-on-one meetings once every two weeks, more often with newer hires
· Facilitate group trainings for the delivery team
· Identify delivery team members that are under performing and escalate with leadership on implementing improvement plans
· Track usage of various delivery tools (database, digital)
· Constant awareness of promising internal candidates to build pipeline
· Ensure/maintain healthy dialogue relative to salespeople and their expectations on delivery team
· Handle situational issues on job orders, coverage, points of clarification
· Ensure pipelining of needed talent to align with go to market strategies and demand
· Accountable for achieving required close ratio of job orders
· Be an advocate, leader, and mentor to the team.
· Work cross-departmentally to improve communication flows and collaboration with other business units
· Take on direct recruitment/delivery for select accounts or roles as needed/available
· Coordinate and facilitate large scale national or local recruiting projects to include, potentially and not limited to, SOW/proposal creation, project tracking, direct recruitment, leading national teams to ensure volume and quality standards are met or exceeded for all relevant KPIs
· Develop new go-to-market recruiting strategies, as appropriate and prioritized by BGSF leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 8+ years staffing industry recruiting/delivery experience
· 5+ years leadership experience of recruiting teams
· Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and organizational skills
· Possession of strong leadership qualities and the ability to train and develop individuals according to their needs
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Creativity, solution-oriented thinking
· Results-oriented focus
· Industry and technical knowledge
· High school diploma or GED
Note: is a remote role but must be located to a BGSF professional office
