YOUR FUTURE TEAM
The Teach For America Corps Member and Alumni Leadership Development team is charged with defining the type of systems-change leadership required to reach “One Day” and how to best develop that leadership first through teaching, and then through school and/or school system leadership for those who choose that path. We provide, develop, and connect people to resources and experiences of superior quality, relevance, and efficiency in ways that can be adapted to specific, localized contexts. As a result, program participants are more likely to feel part of a connected and thriving community, increasingly achieve meaningful and enduring impact, and continue to commit to systems-change leadership in their work for educational equity.
The Program Design team is focused on excellence in teaching, coaching and leadership across the entire participant journey.
