The Role
Manage a team of, and contribute as, an end to end Process Architect to optimize programs in the Lumen Public Sector. Proven matrix leader, providing consistent best practice reinforcement and analyzing processes through to training to optimize Customer and Employee Engagement in the Public Sector organization and ecosystem. This position involves shifting mindset, elevating skills, and ensuring cross functional teams are leveraging proper resources to feel supported and set-up for success. This role also partners with inter-organizational leaders in building a coaching, accountable-driven culture they need to produce high-performing teams. Manage the overall intake process, throughput and team workload.
The Main Responsibilities
- In partnership with process operators
- Drives optimization and application of technology resources
- Understands the teams needs including specifics around resources (skills, expertise, timing and numbers), to validate funding, ensure optimal resource allocation to lower the costs to the company yet support the needs of the demand
- Ensures playbook documentation and optimization, identifies operational inefficiencies, provides feedback to playbook owners while offering ideas for improvement, assist in evaluating adjustments
- Facilitates open forums driving innovative breakthroughs and best practices
- Drives on-the-job adoption of consistent and optimized methodology while assessing organizational developmental needs and identifying improvement opportunities
- Lead objectives with strong return on investment and assign value with influence of prioritization required for process enablement
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
- Provides real-time coaching, feedback and thought leadership to leaders and front-line teams strengthening credibility and trust throughout the organization
- Establish leadership development guidelines for hiring, onboarding, coaching and feedback, reporting/mgmt. tools in meeting established departmental goals
o identify impacts across people, process, policy and systems to achieve future state
o define high level system capabilities and acceptance criteria required to enable the processes designed
Public Sector Program Enablement
- Initiating process improvement activities including process generation, process monitoring/auditing, and metrics collection and reporting
- Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions
- Develops and delivers timely enablement solutions for Public Sector program implementation (i.e. methodology/interlock enhancements, new system/tool releases) adhering to enablement readiness and deployment standards
- Facilitates dynamic, collaborative learning sessions ensuring content relevancy, engagement and overall effectiveness
- Review and recommend on newly submitted intake items
- Creates and maintains organizational communications utilizing appropriate communication vehicles to update employees with changes/enhancements to policies, process, tools and resources
- Lead process improvement initiatives by facilitating sessions that include varying stakeholders
- Manages various enablement projects and coordinates enablement activities
- Identifies and documents simplified processes for improvement, replacing heavy outdated processes w applicable.
- Suggests plans to integrate new and existing processes, while providing white-glove service to downstream consumers
- Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired stated

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in making an impact and driving business outcomes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, multifaceted enablement team and environment.
- Ability to influence with persuasion, negotiation, collaboration internally and with customers.
- Ability to identify common benefits, needs and issues across the organization.
- 5+ years Process, Project and/or Program management experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to coach the coach in driving change with sustainable results.
- Passionate and effective in educating, empowering and inspiring teams.
- Knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point) in creating professional enablement/training content with ability to quickly learn new application software skill.
- Ability to influence senior levels of organization.
