: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible to oversee multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity. Responsible for maintaining enough communication frequency with and input from all relevant parties to ensure that project plans are being met. Ensure that all documentation is in place to begin and continue invoicing in a timely manner and to assist in the collection of outstanding payments as required. Responsible for ensuring all contract terms are complied with in the execution of the work and for monitoring the project for changes for which change orders will be negotiated and executed in a timely manner per the terms of the contract. Responsible for understanding customer's requirements as accommodated by Tindall's proposal and creating project schedules to meet said requirements with the input of the appropriate functional areas of the operation. Responsible for facilitating meetings for the purpose of conveying necessary information and establishing the necessary plans to ensure the successful outcomes of all projects. Manage multiple, interdependent projects with moderate-high complexity and scope, under a tight deadline and within budget. Help remove roadblocks, increase overall team velocity, and speed up milestone deliverables. Work closely with Leads across large and geographically distributed cross-functional groups Manage working relationships with stakeholders and drive decision-making process across multiple business units. To affect all communication with customers in a clear and direct fashion and in a timely manner in all matters that could affect the company's interests. Additionally, to ensure that project files are current and complete. Nice to have: Experience in leading/managing EDI/OpenText projects. Requirements: Bachelor's in computer science or relevant education Must have at least 10 years of experience in IT industry, software development, and complex systems integration using various technologies. ITIL would be an asset. Must have strong technical background and experience working with Microsoft technologies. Excellent skills in IT project management, business model/rules definition, presentation, technical documentation, testing, and training. Excellent and broad knowledge of various computer technologies, software/web development, mobile technologies, relational databases, object-oriented, client-server, operating systems, and computer networking. Good team player able to handle conflict in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in delivering projects on time and within budgets. Strong and proven project management skills Experience with facilitating business requirements workshops and writing comprehensive business requirements documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strengths in meeting objectives through influence, facilitation and team building. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment.
