Main Tasks & Requirements

Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Manager, Project Management Office.
Description:
The PMO Manager will oversee the execution and completion of technology solutions projects in the professional services arena. Manage a team who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provides budget analysis, quoting support, labor planning and coordination of activities between client and company. Monitors project from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems or system integration projects or engagements. Works in cross-functional team environment focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients. Selects, develops, and evaluates team to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with product management, manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers
  • Supports product development plans and schedules
  • Supports development and improvement of a product development process
  • Travel up to 10% domestic and international
  • Manages technical resources to build quotes and deliver projects to budget and on schedule

Qualifications
  • Effective interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal
  • High levels of skill in MS Office, MS Project, MS Timeline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately
  • Experience in Commercial Project Management
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • Comfortable with hands-on work
  • B.S. in Engineering or an Engineering-related discipline
  • Experience with phase gate development process
  • Experience in new product development
  • Strong organizational skills
