Sr Manager, Program Management

The success of Global Security Services (GSS) is largely dependent on the stellar ability of the program management team to drive results of the functional program and underlying projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned program manager with extensive experience managing project managers, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, understanding workloads and delegating w appropriate. This Senior Program Manager position will work to support the Global Security Services program. Objectives of this role include:

• Establish and maintain standardized processes, tools, and templates for project management
• Manage all aspects including timelines, budgets, risks, escalations, etc., of large complex programs throughout the GSS organization including coordination of stakeholders outside of GSS.
• Oversee multiple project managers, drive consistent and effective execution to ensure program goals are achieved

• Drive key metric and program reporting across GSS functional leads and CISO.
• Establish and drive adnce to standardized processes.
• Identify, build, and maintain solid working relationships with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and drive program reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead a team of project managers who have responsibility to support functional leads within GSS.
• Hiring, training, performance management and career development of project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Excellent project management skills.
• Thought leadership to develop and deliver against new initiatives.
• Excellent reporting and data presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, communication, and organization.
• 10+ years in an upper management role, preferably program management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including a working knowledge of MS Project and Accelerator
