Logistics Specialist Jobs

Responsible for overseeing the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping, and receiving. Offer support with the maintenance of logistics policies, administer and maintain inventory control program systems and coordinate with the in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers. Additionally, you must develop reports showing costs on precise projects and moves.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational records
• Conduct phone interviews with potential G-Runners
• Build relationships with local job centers
• Oversee logistics personnel, recruitment pipelines, and direct daily operations.
• Assist with G-Runner communication by reaching out to ensure deliveries are claimed
• Screen new G-Runner Applications and follow up with candidates
• Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities
• Ensure courier compliance with company policies and procedures for product delivery.

Qualifications

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
• The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree Operations Management, Logistics, Education, Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• Access to a home router and modem.
• Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, and WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Available.
• A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
• A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
