Scheduling & Communications Specialist

Precision Signing Agency is searching for a stellar member of their fast-growing team! We would love this person to have experience and familiarity with loan documents, but that is not a deal-breaker. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer proficiency is necessary. A fast learner and someone who takes initiative are essential. Critical thinking and discretion are also incredibly important to this role.

•Assist with inputting orders into our signing platform

•Search and screen notaries via our signing platform

•Communicating with the clients/attorneys on any delays or issues

•Ensuring packages are complete and files are uploaded properly

•Quality check of the loan packages once they are scanned back

•Answering phone calls and questions from notaries – being the primary point of contact during designated working hours

Candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement due to the nature of our business.

Individuals with loan signing, mortgage or title processing, property management, paralegal, or office management experience could be a great fit for this fast-paced position.

This role can be part-time OR full-time. If part-time, preference given to the hours below:

Preferred hours: 9am-5pm MST

This is a fully-remote 1099 OR W2 position. You must have access to your own computer, reliable internet, and phone. International candidates will also be considered as long as you are available during the MST working hours listed above.

Pay Range: Depending on experience ($23-$25 per hour to start) with quarterly bonus potential.
