BFC Solutions is the nationwide service leader in commercial HVAC filter and coiling cleaning. We provide these services through 500+ field service technicians and also manufacture our own patented PleatLink filters.

Overview
This key role helps to manage and optimize our 300+ routed technicians plus 250+ field storage locations.
In this position you will evaluate, optimize and develop recommendations for improving our national service and transportation networks to ensure the highest customer service while minimizing all costs. A critical aspect of this role is to actively support Field Operations to ensure our technicians have routes that are efficient, reliable, and labor efficient.


Essential job functions include the following:
• Help manage a region of the United States ensuring a labor efficient and cost efficient team. Execute with analysis, problem solving, and customer service skills to meet field needs.
• Support 250+ storage depot locations ensuring a customer-focused, efficient and properly located network.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure customer work schedules meet contractual guidelines.
• Evaluate, develop, and optimize team analysis for the assigned region.
• Plan specific service territories and technician relocations using company software.
• Follow key performance metrics for measuring route efficiency and fleet performance.
• Participate on and drive continuous improvement opportunities targeting cost reduction, service enhancements and improved safety in collaboration with Service • • Support, Field Operations, Logistics, Production, and others.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Preferences
• Bachelor’s degree (Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or similar).
• 1 year of successful analytical, service and/or transportation planning experience.
• Candidate must possess excellent data modeling, analysis and business case development skills combined with ability to formally present recommendations.
• Prior route and/or network optimization experience
• Understanding of service / delivery vehicles and driver limitations / requirements (DOT, CDL, etc.) preferred
• Must have strong MS Office experience and aptitude
• Descartes Route Planner or similar preferred.
• Ability to conceptualize, develop and subsequently implement best practices organization-wide
• Responsive, service-focused team player who is calm under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (raw data analysis)
• Travel requirement ~ 5%
