Role Description

• Participate in proactive customer outreach programs with a focus on reducing customer’s reaching out over time.
• Think outside of the box to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
• Raise issues to the appropriate supervisor when confusing or ambiguous information is discovered in the scheduling process.
• Self-manage workload throughout the day to accommodate high incoming volume via phone, email, text and chat.
• Help manage the pipeline of inbound scheduling of appointments while ensuring SLAs are met on time.
• Effectively communicate with the regional teams and clients to gather all information necessary to successfully support clients in their appraisal journey.
• Organize and keep track of internal procedures to facilitate scale
• Understand the nuances of the appraisal process to continually improve or identify bottlenecks.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Are highly disciplined, organized, and can juggle multiple moving pieces and details at once
• Have appraisal or mortgage lending experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working for a startup in a high-volume call center or similar environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
