This position is 100% remote but must sit in an eligible state.

We are seeking a Licensing Coordinator to work remotely. You will verify life insurance licenses, update health insurance agents on the status of their licensing, perform data entry, and assist with other administrative duties as needed. Skills in Excel, Google Sheets are ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Interact with agents on their captive status and how to get statuses changed
• Perform internet research for verifications of licensing
• Enter data into applicant tracking system

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have good typing, written and verbal skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Internet research
• Strong analytical skills
• Candidates with experience in Life and Healthcare Insurance Sales are highly sought after!
• Must have good communication/phone skills
• Must be able to handle a high volume of requests for license verifications
• Positive, cooperative work attitude and team player
• Must be highly detail-oriented and strong capability to multi-task
