Job Description

In short

Support the most exciting and fastest-growing global sports brand as a Leasing Manager, Americas. You’ll play an active role across the Commercial and Infrastructure teams with the primary goal of expanding our retail and office footprint to meet the requirements of our retail strategy and headcount growth plans. In this role, you will support the Real Estate team by driving the regional site selection of new stores and new offices while also managing the existing leased portfolio in the Americas.

Your Mission

  • Evaluate shortlisted sites and create comparison reports outlining recommendations and hesitations on each location
  • Negotiate all major financial deal terms and lease obligations with brokers, landlords, and lawyers
  • Partner with design and construction to understand site feasibility and project timelines
  • Select shortlisted sites to measure our locations against our guiding real estate principles
  • Coordinate site visits for stakeholders across the organization
  • Interview, select, and negotiate broker agreements with local real estate firms
  • Collaborate with analyst and data team to support decision making with internal insights and external benchmarking
  • Conduct site surveys with clearly defined requirements


Your story

  • Organizational wizard skilled in staying ahead of deadlines, not missing key milestones, tracking all upcoming deliverables, and working across timezones
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • 2-3 years of professional real estate experience (e.g. corporate, brokerage, development), ideally in a leasing capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Real Estate
  • Experience in site selection & lease negotiations, specifically on retail and office assets
  • Comfortable working within Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Well-versed in lease contracts from a real estate, construction, and legal perspective
