Leasing Manager Jobs

LCOR Incorporated is currently seeking a Leasing Manager for a NEW LEASE UP at 1515 Surf Avenue Apartments to join our team!

Job duties for this position include:

• Answering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiries
• Overseeing all activities related to leasing and training / managing leasing teams
• Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reports, including, but not limited to, market survey
• Marketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media
• Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
• Assisting in the planning, coordinating, and attendance of regularly scheduled resident appreciation events
• Overseeing team meetings with leasing staff to review leasing goals and track progress on all rental and move-in files for accuracy
• Resolving resident issues or concerns
• Preparing, maintaining, and following up on pending lease expirations and renewals
• Touring prospective residents throughout the amenities and community with the objective of leasing apartments
• Prior Lease Up/High Rise experience

Successful Candidates should possess the following job requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Yardi Software
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Community Management
• Working weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) and during inclement weather
• Some college experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Multi-site experience is preferred
