We are seeking an Associate, Retail Leasing who will report to the Vice President, Retail Leasing in Brookfield Properties, Office Division. The role will consist of active leasing engagements as well as development and acquisitions input. The candidate should have a background in the leasing of new and/or redeveloped retail projects as well as with urban street retail stores. The candidate should also be motivated to keep informed on regional and national restaurant, fashion and wellness trends.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Type: Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000

Medical & Pharmacy Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Dental Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Vision Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Retirement: 401(k)

Insurance: Employer-paid life & short/long term disability
