The Retail Engagement and Marketing team is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. You’ll create and manage a portfolio of learning programs that inform, involve, and inspire our Retail field teams to deliver excellent experiences for our teams and customers, and results for our company. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for building strategies, connecting with people, telling stories, and driving impact.

As the Program Manager for learning strategy and experiences for teams, you are responsible for bringing the best of the industry, the company, and Retail together to drive strategies, build capabilities, and create the conditions that build knowledge, elevate skills, drive motivation, and deliver impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional
• You enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving, and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines
• You have a proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects
• You are a clear thinker, a proven self-starter, and can initiate, prioritize and drive projects from concept to development, execution, and measurement
• You are collaborative, enjoy open dialogue with debate, and can navigate a large cross-functional organization, balancing stakeholders and priorities
• 5+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement
• You act with integrity, are trusted and comfortable in tough situations, are and are a role model and advocate for company values

• Manages complexity. Lead portfolios of learning programs and individual projects end-to-end. Apply project management techniques with strong attention to detail, removing barriers, adapting to current conditions, and escalating risks.
• Learning mindset. Build an always-on learning culture for Retail field teams that encourages curiosity, mastery, confidence, and growth.
• Strategic thinker. Solve complex learning environment, capability, and content problems.
• Connector. Build networks, manage stakeholders, and stitch cross-functional teams including Creative, Operations, Platforms, Store Strategy, People, Finance, Marketing, and more to define the learning program portfolio.
