ROLE SUMMARY
The Leadership & Learning Sr Program Manager for the Learning and Leadership Strategy lead is responsible for identifying and delivering Learning solutions that support the L&D Sr Director’s overall strategic vision. The Strategy team is responsible for defining and executing the overall leadership strategy across the Enterprise.
Given this is an Enterprise-wide role, the Sr Manager will work with Sr Stakeholders cross-functionally and will be responsible for managing design, delivery, and deployment of learning solutions and providing metrics to measure impact of Learning Programs.

·Demonstrates technical/functional expertise in applicable discipline and acquires knowledge in related disciplines
- Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results
- Manage any external vendor trainer partnerships, overseeing performance and contracts
- Track and report on key metrics and data that demonstrates the impact of programs and initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key cross-functional teams in order to support delivery and drive learner engagement for programs
- Develop and drive learning & development to completion by managing timelines, overseeing the design process, and coordinating the delivery of training to L&D to divisions and regions
- Have the agility to pivot, lean into and support challenges faced by teams working horizontally and at light-speed
- Have gravitas and executive presence to conduct meetings and discussions when the Sr Director is unavailable
·Identifies existing process improvements and takes appropriate risks to develop innovative ideas to advance new concepts that improve the department’s work processes
·Contributes to the development of, and often delivers, presentations within the Department Influencing others
·Solicits input and explains difficult concepts and persuades others to adopt a point of view.
·Effectively shares own point of view and rationale
·Solves moderately complex problems within area of expertise
·May aid with solving problems outside of own department.
