**Hybrid Role in Alameda, CA**

Job opportunity with a top biopharmaceutical company that is looking for a Learning Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract with a possibility for conversion or extension!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in an Administrative, Operations, or Learning role.
• Experience building processes around calendar management and spreadsheet development in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional project management skills.

/Skills:

• Schedule, organize, coordinate and track all learning sessions, workshops, courses, etc. including calendaring, booking rooms, course material production, and managing course enrollments.
• Responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional or learning functions.
• Assist in planning, creating, and implementing of learning materials.
• Maintain accurate records to help analyze and gauge effectiveness.
• Manage the logistics and coordination of Learning and Development program initiatives including the LMS administration, Linkedin Learning, Workday and standardization of supporting processes.
