Learning Experience Leader Jobs

Our client, a leader in financial services, is actively looking for a Learning Experience Leader to join their team hybrid in San Diego, CA!

**This is an 8-month W2 contract with paid holidays, benefits and the opportunity for extension or conversion!**

Responsibilities:

• Driving strategy, roadmap and prioritization of learning experience requirements for various phases of the expert lifecycle (new hire, ongoing development, upskilling and performance enhancement, and growth)
• Leading multiple work streams and be accountable for project plans, timelines, and final deliverables
• Driving continuous thought leadership and innovation in learning experiences and processes
• Analyzing data, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify problems, gaps, and solutions in learning experiences
• Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Providing effective prioritization and resourcing through execution and times of change
• Developing a plan to execute strategy and roadmap
• Engaging with key stakeholders to communicate strategy and establish shared vision for outcomes of human and digital assets
• Preparing and supporting partners in delivery of exceptional learning experiences
• Engaging with business to secure SME resources to solve problems and achieve results

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate independently and interact frequently with senior management to help set strategic guidance
• Bachelors or equivalent experience working within learning development and adult learning theory
• Experience managing complex programs in a matrixed cross functional environment
• Experience with agile development processes
• QuickBooks or accounting skills is a plus
