The Details

The Learning Experience Specialist is a part of the Learning & Development team and will report to Director, Learning and Development.


Overview of Opportunity

The Learning Experience Specialist is a key member of the Learning & Development team and is instrumental in ensuring an unparalleled learning experience. The role coordinates and supports the planning and execution of training events, programs, as well as instructional activities. The Specialist manages the maintenance of learning systems and applications, tracks training completion, and generates reporting for the Learning & Development team. Additionally, the role supports team alignment with business and learner objectives by conducting needs-assessments, monitoring effectiveness of training though feedback gathering and analysis of performance results to identify areas of improvement and opportunity. The Specialist contributes to training design and enhancement, including the creation of lesson plans, training aids, and learner resources. The role also supports the delivery of training to employees and Leaders.


What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize assignments to complete work in a manner that meets team and organizational needs.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Clutch as well as external organizations to gather relevant information, requirements, feedback, and insights to support delivery excellence.
  • Prepare the environment/materials and co-facilitate the delivery of online or classroom training presentations, demonstrations, workshops, training sessions and events.
  • Support development, validation, and ongoing updates/maintenance of training content, lesson plans, manuals, presentations, resources, and supportive learning tools to ensure an excellent learner/employee experience.
  • Focus on unparalleled client experience that influences all actions and decisions.
  • Set individual priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of responsibilities.
  • Lead coordination and planning efforts for the Learning & Development Team, inclusive of ensuring stakeholder engagement to clearly define necessary business outcomes and learning objectives.
  • Manage learning systems, applications, workspaces, and reporting.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, and procedures to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical, objective, and measurable opportunities for Learning & Development team.


About You (Requirements)

  • Familiarity with adult learning concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Minimum three years of recent relevant experience.
  • Perform effectively in environments with frequent and fluctuating workload changes, competing demands, and frequent interruptions and/or distractions.
  • Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve a common goal or to gain better understanding of client needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
  • Strong presentation skills and training ability.
  • Familiarity with the design and implementation of effective training and development programs.
  • Comfortable learning from a variety of formal and informal educational environments and methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Coaching and/or training is highly desirable.


Physical Requirements

  • May occasionally bend, squat, and need to lift to 20 pounds.
  • Predominantly operates in an office environment in a stationary position.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, calculator, keyboard, mouse, and phone.

Compensation

$34.00 - $41.00 per hour
