iSphere is looking for a Lead Learning & Development (L&D) Training & Content Specialist with project management experience who will design, deliver and manage a cohesive learning and development training program for internal / external customers of a forthcoming Data Solution product.
This candidate will focus on the creation of a training roadmap / topics, training plans, curation of user / technical content collection, and training / content repository in alignment of product design standards.
We seek a candidate with deep understanding of the complexities of implementing a multi-discipline & cross-team member approach of customer / client onboarding adoption, communication aligned to future product release timelines.
Qualifications:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and demonstrated experience delivering presentations for professionals up to senior management level in both in-person and virtual environments
- Extremely flexible with strong work ethic to accommodate high level of multiple responsibilities
- Minimum 8+ years in corporate, IT or software/consulting of related professional experience in Learning and Development
- Organizational Change Management experience +plus
- Heavy experience developing Training Roadmaps, Training & Content Implementation Plans, Communication Plans
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex an Agile environment
- Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail; good written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated program/ project management experience (accountability for end-to-end experience of program participants)
- Experience with software tools: Confluence, JIRA
Responsibilities:
- Work with central support team to maintain content review, ensure content and communications are accurate and up to date, and optimize logistics for course delivery
- Establish a content repository structure (likely by product application).
- Design and develop outline training topics for each user role and training modality that matches end user’s needs.
- Develop & deliver a L&D Training Roadmap, Training & Content Plan, Onboarding Process and assist with a Support Model Program with governance and communication that rolls-out to all key partner stakeholders and program/project managers of the Data Solution product.
- Works collaboratively with in coordination with key stakeholders, product vendors and internal partner resources on centrally curating and creating both end user and technical documentation in to approved style standard guidelines & content formats.
- Will focus on accuracy/ updating of all training checklists, materials & content for various audiences and content delivery.
