Position Summary
The Technology Integration Specialist will be a professional orthodontic clinician to help scale our rapidly growing company. Technology Integration Specialist will work as an integral part of provider onboarding process by providing doctors and staff, yes the full practice, with the necessary training and system integration to successfully incorporate InBrace into the office.
Their activities will include live and virtual clinical training, and staff education during the entire integration journey from clinical protocols, bonding best practices, case management, and to case completion. As well as providing support and training for treatment coordinators on effective methods offering InBrace to potential orthodontic patients.
The primary goals of this position is to support the growth of InBrace by being the field expert inside multiple offices.

In this position you will:
OnBoarding of a New Provider
- Front Office Training – Spend valuable consulting time with the Treatment Coordinator and Front Office Manager in the practice to ensure their successful sales demonstration and mastery for their patients. This includes the patient lifestyle interview, as well as the ability to incorporate all demos and aids into their pitch to the patient.
- Doctor Onboarding and Training – Ensure that each Doctor has access to a full integration experience and performs all subsequent training for the clinician in the office. This includes a Clinical Training, Activate sessions and any other resources.
- Staff Training – Ensure that each Office Staff Member (and one key influencer) has access to a full training experience, as well as subsequent training for the clinicians in the office. This includes Integration meetings to initiate the 120 days for onboarding.
- Deliver engaging live or virtual orientations on the process flow, product information and training of best practices to clinicians, registered dental assistants and the whole office on how to use our product.
- InBrace Value Prop Selling Story Mastery – Understand and master the value of a true consultative sales process for our customers. This will include characteristics of Integrity Selling, as well as positioning our product as a valuable Business Solution for a practice.
Ongoing responsibilities:
- Customer Support and Follow Up – Ensure that each participating office is a part of your regular call cycle to ensure ongoing success, and to trouble shoot any potential concerns or questions that the team might have.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Work closely with the clinical experience team to help identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
- Participating in InBrace U
- Provide field feedback to improve training effectiveness and partnering with our clinical to on developing new approaches and techniques; providing immediate support with routine job functions.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Proactive and driving personality, attention to detail
- Comfortable teaching other dental clinician’s new skills and measure the results of their learning based on best practices and coaching.
- Flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
- Willingness to travel nationwide (50-75% Travel, typically booked with 3 weeks advanced notice.)
- Leadership role in the orthodontic office; responsible for the integration of new appliances, procedures and systems.
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- 5 years of experience performing all functions in an orthodontic office.
- High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job training; associate degree; and clinical orthodontic experience.
- Experience successfully conducting group trainings to introduce new products or orthodontic protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiar with Salesforce, MS Office suite; and proficient computer skills with the ability to use different treatment software and web tools.
