Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Clinical Content Lead who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through digital health solutions. Within this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging mobile and web-based experiences for patients and their providers, ensuring that clinical content is aligned with evidence-based guidelines. You will play a key role in contributing towards a variety of AI-powered products.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong clinical background, including prior experience in a clinical field and familiarity with care pathways.
Responsibilities
- Design and draft engaging, evidence-based clinical content for digital health products within mobile and web-based experiences
- Ensure content is accurate and accessible for diverse patient populations through quality assurance reviews and content audits
- Construct care pathway templates and workflows with in-house content tools while adhering to evidence-based guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital health, clinical research, and healthcare trends to incorporate relevant findings into recurring content updates
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for content improvements, optimization, and gamification
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in creating and editing patient-facing content, with a strong understanding of patient-centered design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical field or a related discipline, with relevant clinical certification or experience (e.g., Registered Nurse)
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably with a focus on patient education, case management, or digital health
Preferred, but not required
- Prior experience with FDA compliance scenarios for digital health products
- An interest in artificial intelligence and AI-powered digital health products
