About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate Content and Activations Specialist who'll be a key member of our Australian-based team, responsible for creating captivating content, fostering engagement, and coordinating events to localise our presence in the American market.

With expertise in photography, videography, and editing, you will produce visually stunning content across a range of platforms, including working closely with our ambassadors and partners when relevant.

Collaborating with our remote team in Australia, you'll help plan and execute events in the USA, building relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.

As the sole content team member in the USA, you'll enjoy autonomy and the flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in developing a cohesive content strategy and reinforcing our brand's presence in the American market.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute visually appealing photography and videography projects aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws, brand guidelines, and ethical standards in content creation.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography, videography, and editing techniques to continuously improve content quality and innovation.
• Handle ad hoc tasks independently as the sole team member in the USA, while maintaining effective collaboration with the Australian team.
• Optimise visual content for different platforms and mediums, considering appropriate dimensions and file formats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, ambassadors, partners, and creators.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos using software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility for future use.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and technical excellence.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and activations in the USA, aligning with overall marketing and brand strategies.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of industry-standard cameras, lenses, and equipment for photography and videography, as well as experience in setting up and operating professional-grade gear
• Proficient across Adobe Suite i.e. Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects etc. and Final Cut Pro
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Proficient in photography and videography techniques, with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera settings, and equipment operation
• Ability to adapt content based on performance marketing data
• Demonstrated ability to bring new creative ideas to the table
• Familiarity with various social media platforms, their content requirements, and trends, with the ability to optimise visual content for different online channels and engage with relevant target audiences

Bonus Points:

• CASA (Drone) License
• Diploma or higher in a relevant field
• American Drivers License (required)

Note: Successful candidate will be supplied with all necessary equipment to complete tasks
