The Layout Engineer works within our Systems Engineering team, accountable for driving the efforts and deliverables for Sandalwood customers.
Requirements

• Bachelor of Industrial, Mechanical, electromechanical, or mechatronics
• Detailed knowledge of Client processes and the Client Toolsets (Electric, Mechanical, Civil Protection) The specific tasks assigned, individuals’ work priorities, the methodology apply, and the intermediate work products shall be defined by Client
• English language at Medium - advanced level
• Autodesk software knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk 3D MAX, Rhinoceros, etc.
• Minimum 3-year of experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced-detailed oriented environment
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
• General principles and practice of engineering knowledge
• Multidisciplinary knowledge: Process, Material Handling, Financial, Design, Safety and Metrology

Tasks assigned / Work priorities:

• Will be responsible to deliver fully feasible design to the Client Team Leader.
• Process of distribution external and internal space of the installation drawn on a plan
• Analysis capacity & management of new technologies in the design area
• Provide regular (daily, weekly, etc.) Tracking Status to the assigned Team Leader
• Develop ideas and innovate for the improvement of the company
• Design and interpretation of AutoCAD drawings, at high level
• Delivery of plans projects and analysis of required alternatives
• Design deliverables must be previously and internally reviewed by the supplier
• Ability to manage personnel, treatment of suppliers and contractors
• General knowledge of the construction process and civil work
• Analysis of use of spaces and workflows
• Objective of this project is to assist the client Team Leader and/ or Project Supervisor in activities related to Industrial projects and tasks.
• Be creative, critical, resourceful, innovative and have an interest in proposing solutions to specific problems.
