Job Description

Tag Communication Services is looking for a full-time Junior Project Coordinator to help support our growing creative services agency.

You will manage the copy and image production and publishing process for our most important client’s website. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of accountability, and is process-driven, meticulous, incredibly organized, takes pride in building and fostering highly productive and collaborative relationships, and understands production tasks associated with digital publishing.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that information is communicated effectively to the correct stakeholders.
  • Set up and monitor projects in Wrike, our project management tool.
  • Create monthly billing reports for clients.
  • Ensure high-quality image production from email or Jira request to completion – within established timelines and specifications.
  • Use Wrike to set up jobs, run reports, facilitate monthly billing, and close jobs.
  • Work closely with the client’s Web and DX managers and designers to ensure successful publishing of images to be used on web pages.
  • Build a working knowledge of our clients’ website and the processes for providing images.
  • Drive the production of many different types of images and copy for client’s website by evaluating them, preparing instructions and tasks, and assigning appropriate designers and writers.
  • Facilitate review and revisions needed between the customer and designer for creation and publishing of custom images.
  • Work with related tools, including AEM, Touch UI, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Establish working relationships that provide a positive client experience and an effective engagement model with the client.
  • Maintain a customer friendly and diplomatic attitude.
  • Assist with quotes for custom assets, as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work independently.
  • Minimum 2 years of applicable experience.
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital PM software, preferably Wrike.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, including working quickly and efficiently to prepare information, make assignments, and meet short deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and also commuting to an office in Philadelphia or Newtown Square occasionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, plan, and organize.
  • Associate degree or relevant experience.
  • Organized self-starter who can follow directions carefully.
