Sources of Strength Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sources of Strength Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project coordination and support to the overall operations for the Sources of Strength program within Youth Move PA. This position will support the Sources of Strength program by ensuring that all grant and project goals are met. This individual is responsible for all program coordination, travel plans, ordering of training materials and ensuring fidelity to the SOS model. This position reports directly to the Youth MOVE PA Program Director.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree is required
• Applicants must have strong excel spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and be extremely organized
• Strong written, computer, and organizational skills
• Experience with data collection, and program management is required

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the Sources of Strength programs deliverables
• Operates as an independent professional with responsibility, integrity, and dedication to the role
• Implements SOS with strict fidelity to the model even void of any mention or engagement of YMPA
• Maintain and expand programs and technical assistance assuring continuous quality improvement and community outreach; evaluate program activities to ensure compliance with state contract
• Engage in the planning, development and implementation of the Sources of Strength program and activities
• Represent both SOS with fidelity by building positive relationships with external entities.
• Write reports as specified, monitor goal progress, maintain data collection
• Ensure that all grant and program goals are on track
