Job Description

Consultant, Global Quality Project Coordinator, Pharmaceutical


SUMMARY

The Global Quality Project Coordinator will drive the enhancement of the Global Quality function by working closely within the Global Quality team on various initiatives and workstreams. In a dynamic role, the ideal candidate will be flexible and adept at multitasking. As priorities shift, the candidate should be comfortable performing a wide variety of tasks daily, quickly able to adjust their strategies to match the business need. The project coordinator will engage with different units of Global Quality as assigned, driving the success and continuous improvement of our functional goals and initiatives as well as the following tasks:


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write articles, as well as edit and proofread content written by others

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and ad-hoc requests as needed

• Coordinate projects and manage project activities

• Prepare management presentations for meetings and forums

• Assist with follow-up reminders on project milestones and tasks

• Create, organize, and share meeting materials

• Create and publish surveys

• Support efforts to develop and maintain key performance indicators

• Take meeting minutes and actions as needed

• Track progress of ongoing efforts and report on status to senior leadership

• Interface with senior management on various projects and initiatives as needed

• Assist with the coordination of documentation for Global Quality projects

• Maintain documentation and track actions related to assigned projects and initiatives

• Assist with coordinating and managing global meetings, as well as cross-functional meetings

• Develop agendas and communicate meeting outcomes

• Ensure plans are implemented in accordance with timelines and any issues, challenges or deviations are escalated for resolution in a timely manner.

• Organize engagement activities to help drive global collaboration across regional affiliate companies


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and SKILLS

• 3 years Project Coordination experience

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (Biological sciences preferred)

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and be knowledgeable in software applications that will be regularly used (in particular: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, SurveyMonkey and Canva)

• Attention to details

• Understanding of document control and change control concepts.


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of GxPs and Global Quality including the QMS and processes

• Project Management Experience

• Publication experience
