JPM - Management Training Program Outline:

Everyone starts in the same position but will have a personal training/development outline that is tailored to their individual strengths and career goals.

The training encompasses industry-specific skills, general business skills, leadership, and personal development techniques. You’ll also be able to choose to focus on business management, event management, campaign management, client relations, or recruitment.

You’ll advance through the program at your own pace. On average it takes 8-10 months to progress from entry-level to management, but it’s not about how quickly it’s completed- we want to make sure our managers are well trained and prepared for the challenges that come their way! Everyone learns differently and brings different experiences to the table! The more you put in, the more you get out!

Initially, you’ll be involved in sales and marketing practices to gain an understanding of the company’s foundation for servicing clients. Once you’ve proven a solid understanding of the customer-facing side of things, you’ll begin learning recruitment and team-building practices. You’ll also begin taking more of a leadership role within the office and at the events.

As you attend different training workshops and social events you’ll naturally build relationships and connections with people in the industry. This will help accelerate your advancement and help grow your professional network.

Compensation & Additional Benefits:

We offer a weekly wage plus commissions structure which averages out to $750-900 per week for Management Trainees within their first 0-12 months. We also offer regular bonuses and financial incentives, plus host contests with cool prizes like sporting tickets, concerts, gaming systems, travel opportunities, and more!

Basic Requirements:

All Management Trainees need to be 18+ years of age, eligible to live and work in the USA, and should be prepared to start working within 2 weeks’ time on a full-time basis. The more time and effort you put in, the faster you progress, so this requires a commitment.

No specific education or previous management experience is required because training is provided, but business-related experience, degrees, and other qualifications are always welcome! We also recommend that you have some experience working directly with customers face-to-face and that you have some experience leading others (at work, in school, at home, through sports, via your community, etc)
