Job Description

Searching for a Project Coordinator to join a leading Global Tech/Financial Company. Looking for a go-getter to partner with multiple teams.



  • This position will involve communicating directly with the client both in-person and via email. As a result you must be a good verbal and written communicator.
  • Expedite process when necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Drive the delivery of our products and services from start to finish, with a full understanding of the customer lifecycle and our product and services.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings and coordinate approvals at every project stage.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and cross functional teams throughout the project implementation period
  • Provide ongoing communication regarding project status or budget issues to internal team members.
  • Provide exceptional client experience while coordinating and communicating project updates and content reviews externally.
  • You will make sure that all deliverables are delivered on time, in a professional way, by the right people.
  • Identify process and workflow issues, and fine-tune schedules as necessary based on the team’s overall priorities.
  • Work with creative staff during the design phase to provide production recommendations and specifications.
  • Initiate and conduct team or project status meetings on an established schedule.
  • Prioritize and allocate project resources based on timing, scope, budgets and project requirements.
  • Conducts onboarding training with new and current clients
  • Communicate and help solve any problems or issues that could jeopardize the project.


What experience and skills does a Junior Project Manager need to be successful here?:


  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software Excel, Word and PowerPoint; advanced ability in Excel Google Suite, etc. in a Mac environment.
  • Software Proficiencies: Strong knowledge of testing and issue tracking systems.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain successful cross functional relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams.
  • Strong computer competency with database systems is a plus.
  • Consistent ability to craft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communication.
  • Exposure to and participant in Agile development environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, advertising, communications, marketing, business, computer science or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Asana is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills while working in a team environment; 1-2 years of experience
