Job Type Full Time / Permanent

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Project Accountant. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of experience working in a Professional Services Firm in an accounting role.


  • Lead and organize collection efforts
  • Monitor, track, and analyze project costs to ensure projects are staying within budget
  • Support Project Managers to ensure maintain accurate accounting records for ongoing projects
  • Act as the financial and accounting liaison between corporate and project teams
  • Prepare invoicing and expense payments


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field


Experience Required


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and differing deadlines
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Professional Services Firm in an accounting role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and consistency
