Job Summary:

Lead the execution of Dead Tank breaker product portfolio in North America market and ensure that all related activities are

performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as scheduled commitments.

Supporting Project Managers by ensuring the project execution approach in coordination with internal stakeholders, execution planning and monitoring and control of both internal

and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

Day to Day:

• Project Margin review and analysis
• Review of Contract, PO and quotes
• Ensure IT security policy followed in the team.
• Preparation of project specific risk, and opportunities management
• Adhere to the project management processes in the organization.
• Follow-up on Material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of Milestone billings
• Coordination with customer account payable team to ensure accounts receivable are collected on time.
• Preparation of project wise Master document list
• Closely coordinate and document change requests related to Scope of Work and get approvals for time extension, additional cost, etc.
• Ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines.

Must Haves

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Prior experience in project execution, project planning, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Should possess strong leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost and quality.
• Candidate MUST reside in the EST time zone.
• SAP and Microsoft Office Skills are a must have.
