Job Description

Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jr. Project Coordinator to join our team. The Jr. Project Coordinator will provide support to the sales team, vendors and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, monitoring project progress, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in planning and executing projects
- Monitor project progress and track project deliverables
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation including, but not limited to, project plans, timeline, and progress reports
- Help to identify and manage project risks
- Support the development and delivery of presentations to internal and external teams
Qualifications:
- 1 -3 years in Project Management or related field
- Proven project coordination experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
