Project Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects of $2M or less to start

- Oversee and manage building materials projects from initiation to completion

- Understand and comply with safety regulations and glass codes

- Knowledge of wind loads, dead loads, snow loads, and pull-out of fasteners

- Familiarity with various systems such as curtainwall, storefront, windows, unitizing, blast, and bullet-resistant

- Ability to create and review cut lists for efficient project execution

- Experience in sealant application for design purposes

- Proficiency in panel systems and skylight installations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met

- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to address any project-related issues

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the building materials industry

- Strong understanding of glass codes, safety regulations, and load calculations

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Effective communication and leadership abilities

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
