Job Description
FEFA LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a federal contract in the College Park, MD area who can work a hybrid work schedule. The qualified candidate will be responsible for all program-related activities, managing a team of professionals, and addressing all client needs to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.


Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):


  • Plan, organize, direct, control, prioritize, and control all project operations
  • Serve as the point of contact for the client to help resolve issues and address questions
  • Perform document receipt, data entry, scanning, coding, tracking, and disposition
  • Plan, integrate and manage life cycle regulatory document operations involving document processing in high volume automated and manual operations and scientific data abstraction operations. (Receipt, data entry, scanning, coding, tracking, disposition)
  • Serve as POC and strategic leader for developing, enhancing, and implementing a Federal records management program
  • Ensure proper MedDRA coding of adverse events
  • Manage staff performance and develop presentations as well as financial, production, and progress/status reports to MPF management and the client
  • Ensure quality of service and implement measures for efficient operation and continuous improvement
  • Effectively communicate with Federal COR’s, management, user organizations, and technical staff
  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and performance of the Task Order.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of processes and procedures and ensure they are clearly communicated and implemented
  • Develop and implement file plans, records inventories and records disposition schedules
  • Responsible for maintaining and inventorying a collection of sensitive records and documents, monitoring circulation and disposition records properly to ensure 100% accountability

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a field closely related to Records Information Management
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Must be eligible to work in US and ability to obtain a clearance
  • Six (6) years of relevant project management experience managing a team of 10 or more staff


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) or Records Management(e.g., CRM, NARA Records Certification, AIIM records-related certification) is preferred and will be considered a strength
