Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Create a system to track desired outcomes, monitor ongoing project, create a continuous feedback loop among participants and stakeholders. Track and report project outcomes
  • Work with union leaders and staff (New Organizing), TEF MD/DC RD to recruit, screen and validate prospective beneficiaries
  • Work closely with vendor to ensure appropriate program design and delivery to beneficiaries
  • Oversee all aspects of the grant funded project, including but not limited to program and training development, budget management, evaluation, contracting, recruitment, oversight and monitoring of progress, and grant and outcomes reporting
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
  • Support marketing, recruitment, and outreach for program.Develop and executive appropriate strategy
  • Manage project budget, including monitoring spending within allotted resources.Manage contracting, invoice, and payment processing along with other financial aspects of the project. Produce grants reports – both financial and project based
  • Partner with training vendors and external stakeholders to ensure grant training goals are met.Develop and provide program to participants


Qualifications


  • Minimum four (4) years’ experience in Project Management, Workforce Development, Grant, or Program Design and Development required
  • Experience within healthcare sector or unions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills required, strong project management skills
