Overview The ITIL Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of IT services to the organization. This includes managing the service delivery process, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget, and providing guidance and support to the IT service delivery team. Detailed Job Description The ITIL Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of IT services to the organization. This includes managing the service delivery process, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget, and providing guidance and support to the IT service delivery team. The Service Delivery Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining service level agreements, monitoring service performance, and ensuring that customer requirements are met. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of IT service management tools and software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery
• ITIL certification preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of ITIL service delivery processes and best practices
• Knowledge of IT service management tools and software
• Knowledge of service level agreements and service performance metrics
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery
• Experience in developing and maintaining service level agreements
• Experience in monitoring service performance
• Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks
