Commission-Only It Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commission-Only IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions within our organization or for our clients. You will play a vital role in attracting top IT talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Negotiate employment offers and effectively close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates and proactively reach out to them to gauge interest in current or future opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback, and guide the selection process.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent, including advertising job openings, participating in IT industry events, and leveraging online recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals, industry influencers, and relevant professional organizations to expand the talent network.
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate status, and market trends to hiring managers or clients.
• Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to identify their IT staffing needs and develop a comprehensive understanding of job requirements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a commission-based environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

Compensation:

This position is commission-only, meaning your compensation will be based solely on successfully placed candidates. The commission structure will be outlined and communicated separately.
