Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Project Manager II to support one of the world's largest software development companies.

Project Overview

The main function of a Project Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• 2-4 years of experience required.
• Experience with Office 365, presentations, Teams, PowerPoint expert, Excel knowledge - 2-4 years.
• Experience in a collaborative setting working in stakeholder management - 2-4 years.
• Plus if they have a passion for learning, dev, and customer experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• PM experience - 2-4 years.
• Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time, looking for a self-starter.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Education

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Desired Education

• PM, Scrum, Chain process.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Salary Range for this position: $77,000 - $85,000
