We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced International Tour Customer Relationship Manager to join our team on a contracted basis. This role requires a strong background in luxury customer service and excellent organizational skills.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our international tour customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met at all stages of their journey. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering personalized service to enhance their travel experience.


2. Luxury Customer Service: Provide exceptional, high-end customer service to our clients, exceeding their expectations at every interaction. Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.


3. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the planning and execution of international tours. Address customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a sense of urgency, working closely with the relevant departments and external partners to find satisfactory resolutions.


4. Client Retention and Upselling: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades, showcasing the value and benefits of our luxury offerings.


5. Travel Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury travel trends, destinations, accommodations, activities, and related services. Share expertise and recommendations with clients to enhance their travel experiences and create memorable moments.


6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including trip details, preferences, and special requests. Generate reports on customer feedback, preferences, and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in luxury customer service, preferably within the travel industry or related field.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding expectations.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and willingness to work outside regular business hours, as required.

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly those commonly used in international travel.


Contract Details:

This is a contracted position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills. The position may involve occasional travel and work outside regular business hours.
