Are you a strategic email marketer with solid experience in content strategy, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and SMS marketing? Have you worked to market subscription based products? Do you have a passion for developing content campaigns that leverage CRM technology to engage prospects and customers where they are in their buying journey? Can you create content campaigns that make the most of CRM technology, effectively engaging potential customers at various stages of their purchasing journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and take on the position of Customer Relationship & Experience Manager . You’ll lead the planning and execution of CRM-driven marketing tactics that use email, SMS, marketing automation, and list management to drive exceptional results for the company. You’ll also be responsible for analyzing marketing analytics across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity, managing persona-driven CRM lists, and recommending future campaign strategies based on historical insights.
This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan persona-driven content calendars to engage, convert and retain prospects and customers.
- Identify gaps and opportunities throughout the customer journey and define how to fill/leverage them.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing, cleaning, and updating active CRM lists and developing campaign strategies to grow our clients’ customer lists.
- Embrace new technologies and approaches and pilot progressive new ways of connecting with consumers.
- When appropriate, extend your campaigns’ reach by repurposing content for other digital channels, including social media, paid media, website, and more.
- Align CRM content strategies with our companys’ overall communication and brand strategies.
- Embrace a “test and optimize” mentality to uncover potential performance accelerators.
- Create performance reports to highlight progress toward campaign objectives and use actionable data to drive future CRM optimizations.
- Plan, develop, and maintain workflow automations for always-on marketing.
- Stay informed about the CRM/content marketing industry developments and utilize these developments for CRM initiatives and growth.
- Manage key phases of CRM-based campaigns including goal setting, content planning, and data segmentation to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Embraces collaboration across departments and enjoys an ever-changing environment.
- 3+ years of CRM and marketing automation using HubSpot
- Problem solver within technology platforms
- U.S. based
- Familiarity with UX best practices and the ability to make recommendations for improvement through user funnels, wireframes, and other recommendation tactics.
- Familiarity with technical SEO tactics to inform content and lead-generation strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize performance.
- Committed to putting the customer and customer experience first when accomplishing company goals
- Process-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A fast and consistent learner.
- Ability to take complex data and present it to internal teams in an easy-to-understand manner with actionable directions and insights.
