Procurement experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing business is a plus.

Collaborate with the sourcing leadership identify & implement best practices relating to sourcing category management

Develop, implement & sustain an effective category management operating rhythm driving process efficiency and business results in order to meet targets

Establish category focused working groups to develop 3yr sourcing roadmap for all major categories covering 80% of regional spend

Facilitate collaboration across the Chart with Functional Budget holders to support the delivery of their key supply chain performance indicators

Experience with analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and controls.

Knowledge of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Risk Management (SRM), RFP and ERP Tools.

Provides daily management of suppliers including Supply Chain support for forecasting, pricing, invoicing, and inventory levels. Manages weekly supplier meeting.

Supports maintenance of Laser Fiche contract management tool for assigned categories.

Knowledge of ERP fundamentals and advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.

Assesses, manages, mitigates, and avoids risk throughout the supply chain for assigned categories.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements

Perform purchase requisition audits, purchase order management, invoice management and expediting as required

Ability to manage full sourcing projects and experience in leading and managing RFP process

Research and identify capable vendors or contractors and initiate selection, qualification, and approval of new vendors

Manage preparation, execution, and maintenance of electronic Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes, and Requests for Proposals (RFP) through project completion

Develop, manage, and monitor national alliance agreements and Master Service Agreements

Lead and drive sourcing projects to successful completion by performing market analysis, the RFX process, negotiations, contract creation and contract management.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Manage a cross functional team for supplier identification and evaluation according to the Strategic Supplier Program criteria and product specification.

Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal skill for dealing with internal customers and external suppliers.

Drive cost-savings initiatives and vendor performance to align with company goals.

Determine Total Cost of Ownership for products and services procured.

Become familiar with Coupa Procure to Pay and Contract LifeCycle Management modules, including reporting capabilities.

Minimum 2+ years indirect Procurement experience, preferably in either a Category Management and/or Strategic Sourcing role.

Experience with Coupa or other P2P/CLM/Vendor Risk Management tools.

3-5+ years Procurement experience, preferably in either a Category Management and/or Strategic Sourcing role.

Align with WEX Legal resources to gain understanding of the contract review process and collaborative responsibilities.

Collaborate with Finance to develop accounting practices and management reporting standards.

Understanding of the end-to-end Procurement process including experience of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Relationship Management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain. Master’s degree is a plus.

Clear understanding of indirect procurement management and experienced in best practices, tools and techniques, with the capacity to support change management;

Providing Gucci functions with procurement expertise, identifying new projects to be managed and developing regional procurement professionalism.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement with proven ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision;

Excellent knowledge of Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Customer Service processes and systems.

Provide management with forecasts of market conditions, price trends, and potential problem areas

Estimate values according to knowledge of market price. Determine method of procurement, such as direct purchase or bid

Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies

7-12 years’ experience in Procurement / IT / Sourcing roles
