The Opportunity
As we continue to enhance our capacity to provide human centered, technology forward primary care across the nation, the teams that support this work are also growing! We are seeking to hire a Director of Clinical Sourcing, a new role that will focus on ensuring we are setting the bar for innovative talent sourcing and acquisition solutions designed to attract primary care's top talent. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Recruiting, you will direct the sourcing function and will lead the team responsible for driving top of funnel candidate acquisition.
A true player-coach, you are equally comfortable leading the work of others as you are rolling up your sleeves. You are passionate about best practice, and stay current relevant to hiring trends, ensuring that your teams are innovating in the space. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., local primary care chapters, residency programs, and event vendors) to build out a clinical talent pipeline that furthers One Medical's mission of transforming healthcare for all.
What You'll Work On
  • Oversee partnerships with residency programs and events to build out the clinical talent pipeline
  • Work closely with talent marketing to ensure proper messaging is being marketed to candidates at events and engagements
  • Monitor market trends and developments in clinical sourcing, making recommendations as necessary to improve effectiveness of messaging
  • Maximize outreach technology platforms such as Doximity, PracticeMatch, etc.
  • Lead the team responsible for sourcing external and internal talent to support the overall clinical hiring strategy
  • Evaluate, (re)design, and improve sourcing strategies used for generation of clinical talent in high need markets
What You Will Need
  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition programs, i.e. university recruiting, residency recruiting programs, required
  • Experience working in and improving an applicant tracking system, and in leveraging data-driven insights about hiring trends, benchmarks, sourcing, and emerging practices
  • Proven use of strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy innovative and strategic solutions to the challenges facing the clinical talent pipeline
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience and at least 5 years leading or managing recruiting and sourcing teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of the best practices for sourcing and recruiting critical to fill roles, such as nursing and physicians, including innovative use of technology, social media, and cross-platform talent acquisition methods
  • Intellectual curiosity, problem solving, and solution design

This is a full time role based remotely in the United States
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $129,600 to $219,000. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
