Remote Coordinator Jobs

Seeking a Junior Coordinator interested in working for one of NY's largest hospital networks. Must have a Bachelors Degree and commit to EST hours for remote work (9-5 EST).

Title: Junior Coordinator

Pay Rate: Starting at $15/hr

Location: 100% REMOTE

Schedule: 9AM-5PM EST + Lunch

Duration: 6month contract +

Must Haves:

• Professional coordination experience
• High professional caliber and excellent communication skills
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong documentation skills including e-mail follow-up, scheduling events and/or meetings, and working cross-functionally
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel

Plus:

• Ticketing experience
• Healthcare or research experience
• Jira

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Junior Coordinator to join one of the largest healthcare organizations in New York that is top-ranked in the country. You will sit within the Research organization and work on relevant projects related to federal grants. This resource will assist with coordination efforts as it relates to standing up a brand-new product organization-wide across multiple facilities. This individual will be handling follow-ups, vendor management, and other relevant messaging as needed. This product will support organization-wide recruitment and retention through employee-engagement and as the Jr Coordinator, you would be assisting in participation and feedback across each site. This will be a 100% remote position and start off on a 6 month contract with potential extensions.
