The Human Resources Manager position will oversee and support the organization with the onboarding, management, and offboarding of Dantech Team Members. This role will ensure compliance with the various requirements for contract and employment obligations. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources professional, 5+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills, and 2+ years of familiarity with general Human Resources practices and employment laws.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of professional HR work experience
- 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of working a professional day in an office environment
- 3+ years of experience applying conflict resolutions skills
- 5+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience complying with established procedures and protocols
- 5+ years of word processing software (MS Word or Google Docs)
- 5+ years of working well with others and independently
- 5+ years of authoring and maintaining documentation
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple high priorities
- 5+ years of composing and sending professional emails
- 5+ years of experience scheduling and facilitating meetings (in person or virtual)
- 2+ years of familiarity with general Human Resources practices and employment laws including, but not limited to OSHA and EEO regulations
- 5+ years of experience applying focus skills to deliver detailed oriented deliverables
- 3+ years of experience authoring policies and procedures
- 5+ years of experience applying time management skills to complete deliverables on time
- 2+ years of supporting recruitment activities

Dantech Corporation has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative duties to support technical projects, internal projects, and general office functions. This role ensures that correct procedures are followed, correct documentation exists, correct forms are submitted, and that all data is accurate. You must be a friendly and effective communicator to interact with Dantech Team Members and Clients as you carry out your tasks. You must also take pride and ownership of maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be tasked to:
- Implement and manage on-going policies, programs and procedures to foster understanding of and improvement of all team member working relationships
- Lead and mentor others to ensure consistent application of all rules and policies
- Manage, direct, and coordinate the Human Resource policies and programs covering the following areas: team member relations, recruitment, development, dismissal, and retention of employees
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals
- Supervise and mentor four HR Professionals
- Serves as member of the management team to ensure operations are running efficiently and on time
- Author, send, and answer professional emails
- Create, update, organize, and maintain documentation
- Apply progressive discipline and coaching support to team members
- Completed additional administrative tasks, as requested
- Work to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity
- Manage, document, and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Maintain the day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure all HR topics and initiatives are discussed and represented
- Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Management Team
- Become a subject matter expert on office policy and procedures
- Manage situations involving policy interpretation
- Be friendly, professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Manage and monitor consultant timesheets and invoices for accuracy
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and appointments
- Support internal projects and office functions
