As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of our team members. From implementing HR policies to providing support on HR-related matters, your expertise will help foster a positive and empowering work environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations, fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are warmly welcomed, and all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain employee records accurately and efficiently in HR systems, promoting seamless communication and coordination.
Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend process improvements, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring comprehensive communication and seamless administration.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and proactive HR practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with SCA compliance on government contracts.
Proficient in data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Greenhouse, UKG, and Unanet.
Preferred: Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
